Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team. 

You will play a key role in helping patients progress toward their functional goals while maintaining a high standard of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist
• Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
• Assist with manual techniques as directed by supervising Physical Therapist
• Monitor patient response and report progress or concerns
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper movement mechanics
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation
• Ensure a positive, professional, and patient-focused experience

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Florida
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a patient-first approach
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
