Fitness and Member Experience Manager

Fitness & Membership Manager Location: Colleyville, TX Company: Anytime Fitness Colleyville Help Us Build Something Bigger Than a Gym Are you passionate about fitness, love connecting with people, and thrive when given the freedom to take ownership? We're looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Fitness & Membership Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our locally owned Anytime Fitness club. This is not a typical front desk position. You'll be the face of our gym, creating an exceptional member experience while helping grow our fitness community through sales, engagement, and outstanding customer service. What You'll Do Welcome prospective and current members with exceptional customer service. Conduct club tours and confidently present membership options. Build relationships that convert prospects into lifelong members. Help grow club membership through community outreach, referrals, and local networking. Engage members on the fitness floor and foster a welcoming, supportive environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility. Perform opening and closing responsibilities. Assist with social media content and gym promotions. Support personal training services and member success initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve the member experience and contribute ideas for business growth. Work independently while managing daily priorities with minimal supervision. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, outgoing, and approachable. Highly self-motivated and dependable. Comfortable working independently in a quiet environment when the club is slow. Confident in sales and relationship building. Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others succeed. Professional, organized, and detail-oriented. Comfortable maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Excited to become an active part of our local fitness community. Preferred Qualifications Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent) preferred. Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related degree (or currently pursuing) is a plus. Sales or customer service experience preferred. Experience in a gym, fitness, or wellness environment is highly desirable. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
