Your Key Responsibilities
- Employ radiographic and CT technologies to create high-quality diagnostic images for physician evaluation
- Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Properly position patients and fine-tune equipment for the best imaging results
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and staff
- Keep accurate documentation, including imaging records and equipment upkeep
- Deliver empathetic care throughout the imaging interaction
- Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient imaging setting
Education Required
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Completion of an accredited radiology program
Certification Requirements
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
- Valid BLS certification or the ability to acquire it within 90 days of employment
Essential Skills
- Expertise in diagnostic imaging techniques and safety regulations
- Strong communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Capability to navigate a dynamic work environment and adapt swiftly

- Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software
