THE POSITION

Join UNC Health Blue Ridge as a Life Enrichment Coordinator and play an important role in enhancing the quality of life for the residents we serve. In this position, you will implement and coordinate engaging Life Enrichment programs designed to meet the individual needs and interests of residents while encouraging participation, independence, and overall well-being. Working closely with residents, families, and team members, you will help create meaningful experiences that foster social interaction, physical activity, and emotional fulfillment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy working with senior adults, and be passionate about creating a positive and enriching environment.
