If you find satisfaction working in an entrepreneurial environment as you engage in dynamic work, surrounded by incredible team members who will help you grow, then you will thrive and grow in both this position and our entire organization.Duties and Responsibilities:Reporting financial information' providing timely, accurate, and useful information to management for review and decision makingWorking with Principles to communicate and manage financial goals/deadlines for month-end processesPerforming full balance sheet reconciliation, including substantiation, for monthly close work papersConsolidating multi-company financial statements with variance analysisSupporting other accounting staff in the creation of annual auditsLeading staff and junior accountants to ensure deadlines are metInterpreting data and identifying trends to influence projectsPerforming revenue reconciliation to carrier and client agreementsQualifications4+ years of accounting experienceBachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related fieldGeneral ledger accounting software experience (Excel, Sage, QuickBooks, Soft Ledger, Travers, etc.)Experience in reconciliation controls, managing aged items, and escalating issuesAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, such as Microsoft ExcelExperience in insurance accounts receivablesFacilitate collaboration, establishing, and maintaining strong work relationshipsRecognize and effectively communicate the bigger picture to your teammatesMultitask, prioritize your work, and stay organizedGather and analyze financial data as you escalate issues in a timely mannerWork in typical office conditions, reading from and entering data into a computerAdditional InformationPlease see our company Benefits:Medical, Dental, VisionLife and AD&D insuranceFSA / HSACommuter & Child Care FSACancer Support BenefitsPet InsuranceAccident & Critical IllnessHospital IndemnityEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)11 Paid HolidaysFlexible PTO401KTrucordia Insurance Services, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, the "Company") is aware of scams involving false offers of employment with the Company.
