Night Auditor

Key Responsibilities Register guests and handle reservations efficiently during the overnight shift Prepare and review daily financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness Balance transactions and perform end-of-shift accounting procedures Conduct security walks to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property Manage front desk operations independently with minimal supervision Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Assist with administrative tasks related to night audit processes Requirements At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related hospitality field High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus Previous front desk or hotel experience preferred Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliation Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during overnight hours Excellent communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting Basic knowledge of hotel management software and computer systems Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to handle routine issues Strong oral communication skills and a customer/client-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions Ability to work overnight, weekends, and holidays We foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment that values growth and development.
