Cardiology - Electrophysiology Physician

Schedule: August 17 - October 24, 2026; full-time preferred with a minimum of 3-4 weeks per month

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p

Setting: Mix of hospital-based and outpatient Electrophysiology coverage

Patient Volume: Approximately 14 clinic patients per day, plus inpatient follow-up responsibilities

EMR: Cerner

Required Skills: Electrophysiology follow-ups, post-operative visits, device checks, procedure follow-ups, same-day evaluations, and inpatient EP support

Board Status: NP or PA Board Certification required

Licensure: Arizona license preferred; licensing candidates considered with proof of application

DEA: Required

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Electrophysiology experience required

Credentialing: Approximately 30-60 days
