Accounts Payable Coordinator

Accounts Payable ProfessionalJob Description: The ideal candidate is an Accounts Payable professional with at least two years of experience, preferably in a large corporate environment, who can process high volumes of invoices, communicate effectively with business partners, work within Oracle, and utilize Excel for reconciliation and analysis. The team is looking for a highly capable individual who could potentially become a long-term hire:Location: Virginia - RemoteSchedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00A-5:00P (30 minute unpaid meal break)Compensation: $20.00/HourRole and Responsibilities:Accurately enter invoice header and detail information into the Oracle AP ModuleEnsure each non-PO backed invoice is properly coded to the correct location and GLReview entries for duplicationCommunicate with all levels of personnel as needed for invoice resolution and payment processingProvide customer service to both internal and external business partnersAbility to work in a productivity-driven environment with a high volume of workflow; ability to meet daily production goalsAbility to problem solve and think analyticallyAbility to answer questions and educate business partners on expense processes and best practicesAbility to recall information necessary for quick decision making and critical thinkingAbility to organize and prioritize work, adjusting in accordance with job objectivesQualifications:Two years' experience processing accounts payable invoices in a high volume, fast paced environment.Experience with Oracle Fusion is preferredExcellent attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skills and account reconciliationProficient in all Microsoft Office programs; excel, word, outlook and TeamsHighly organized and detail orientedKnowledge of basic accounting conceptsCollege degree preferredAll compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
