Field Installer & Trainer - Los Angeles

Sorenson Communications, LLC is seeking an Outreach Trainer fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) to educate customers about their Video Relay Service (VRS) in Los Angeles, CA. This role involves traveling to customer homes and businesses to perform training, service calls, and installations of Sorenson equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer service and ASL, excellent communication skills, and will participate in events to promote the benefits of Sorenson VRS.
