Surgical Account Manager - Omaha North
Medtronic
Medtronic seeks a Surgical Account Manager for the Omaha territory to drive adoption of surgical technologies across the product portfolio. This field-based role requires developing strategic sales plans, managing key customer relationships, and executing business reviews with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive surgeon demand across surgical product portfolio including stapling, energy, suture, and electrosurgery
- Develop and execute account-level contractual strategies and optimize contracts across product categories
- Lead quarterly customer business reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities
- Cultivate relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders and key opinion leaders
- Manage territory sales forecasting and achieve disposable and hardware quotas
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ years relevant sales/clinical/healthcare experience
- OR Associate's degree with 4+ years relevant experience
- OR Bachelor's degree with 2+ years relevant experience
- Proven sales track record in medical device or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of clinical environments and ability to communicate complex information
- Experience building and managing relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
