Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse opportunity in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role involves providing direct clinical care to patients in the surgical unit, supervising staff, and supporting the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The position requires collaboration within a team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Location: West Palm Beach, Florida
• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, CPR certification, CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) training for ER experience, and 1 year of nursing experience in surgical or operating room settings
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous operating room experience, certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR), and experience working in a hospital environment
• Additional Information: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting clinical care for surgical patients. They will supervise staff and assist in maintaining high standards of patient safety and care quality. This role requires adherence to facility policies and protocols, including those related to patient safety and clinical competency.
