Responsibilities Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support. Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management. Assist with annual and quarterly forecasting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent combination of education and work experience 7+ years of related experience within data analysis, financial reporting, financial analysis, and/or forecasting experience required beyond degree Skills and Abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams ex. Actuarial, Claims Operations, etc. Experience leading budget cycles within a complex organization Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint experience Analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills Demonstrated problem solving skills required for this role Ability to present data in a consumable format Prior experience with new product development and or business development preferred M&A experience beneficial Preferred Qualifications SaaS, Snowflake, or PowerBI This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work from the designated office, Minnetonka, on average, 2+ times per week. The full salary grade for this position is $88,800 - $152,300. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $88,800 and $133,245. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
