Practice Overview
- You’ll join a respected children’s hospital environment with a strong pediatric referral base and multidisciplinary clinic access
- Clinic-based Pediatric Endocrinology caring for metabolic, growth, and endocrine disorders (including Type 1 diabetes, growth disorders, thyroid/adrenal/pituitary conditions)
- Opportunity to help establish and grow the employed Pediatric Endocrinology presence in the market
- Integrated inpatient and outpatient pediatric resources, including Level IV NICU, PICU, and pediatric subspecialty support
Schedule
- 40‑hour work week with a balanced model: 4 clinic days + 1 dedicated administrative day
- You’ll build your own clinic template to match your preferred flow and patient mix
- Modern pediatric hospital infrastructure with Cerner EMR
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at fair market value
- $15,000 sign‑on bonus and up to $15,000 relocation assistance
- 20 days PTO (no roll‑over) plus recognized paid holidays; CME: 5 days + $5,000 annually (full‑time)
- Malpractice coverage provided, medical/dental/vision options, disability coverage, and tiered retirement match (up to 4%)
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology
- Completion of ACGME‑approved (or equivalent) training and accredited Pediatric Endocrinology fellowship
- Fellows welcome; experience considered
- Visa sponsorship available
