Our organization, a leading integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is on the lookout for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon to enhance our orthopedic service line in Northern New Jersey. The Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon will deliver comprehensive care for patients dealing with conditions affecting the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. This includes managing degenerative diseases, traumatic injuries, sports-related issues, and complex reconstructive surgeries. Key responsibilities will encompass diagnosis, both surgical and non-surgical treatment, perioperative care, and ongoing patient follow-up, along with opportunities to engage in clinical research and educational initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Preferred fellowship training in Upper Extremity, Hand & Wrist, Shoulder & Elbow, or a related subspecialty
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
• Demonstrated clinical and surgical expertise in upper extremity conditions
• Interest in clinical research and academic collaboration is advantageous

Compensation:

The expected salary range for this position is between $400,000 and $800,000 annually. The final compensation offered will be influenced by various factors, including the candidate's educational qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
