CDL A Flatbed Driver - $27 Per Hour

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Elmer, NJ.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Saturdays during Spring & Summer may be required, 5am - 6am Start time

Pay: $27 Per hour, $1,250 - $1,350 Estimated weekly pay

Route Type: Local

Freight / Load Type: Mulch products

Equipment: Flatbed w/ manual transmission tractors

Handling: Touch freight, driver assist with unloading at customer sites

CDL A Minimum Requirements:

License: CDL A
Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Endorsements: None
Equipment Experience: Previous Flatbed experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Responsibilities:

Safely operate CDL A Flatbed equipment on local routes

Transport mulch products in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

Perform required handling tasks including assisting with unloading freight at customer sites

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
