Commercial Carpet Designer: Innovation & Style

Shaw Industries Group Inc. is seeking a Textile Designer for carpet concepts to join the Product Design team in a hybrid role.

The designer will create visuals, palettes, and patterns from ideation to manufacturing to strengthen the commercial flooring portfolio. The role requires 2–5+ years of relevant design experience, knowledge of tufting and dyeing processes, and the ability to translate design trends into market-ready products.
