The candidate will work with:Business leaders and functional stakeholders from Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations.SAP and Oracle functional consultants and technical teams.Enterprise architects and solution architects.Product owners and Scrum teams.Business analysts and process improvement specialists.Data, reporting, and analytics teams.AI and automation specialists.Managed service providers and strategic implementation partners.Senior IT and business leadership responsible for enterprise transformation initiatives.This is a site-based role, employees work 3+ days (60%+) per week from a Viasat office or work location within a standard five-day workweek.As an Associate Delivery Manager, no two days are exactly the same. The candidate will play a key role in coordinating enterprise technology initiatives, supporting Agile delivery teams, and ensuring successful execution of business-critical projects across SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise platforms. A typical day may include:Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog reviews, and retrospectives.Coordinating with business stakeholders to understand priorities, gather requirements, and track action items.Monitoring project schedules, risks, dependencies, and escalation items to ensure successful delivery.Preparing project status updates, metrics, and executive-level reporting.Collaborating with technical teams to support system enhancements, releases, and production deployments.Tracking operational issues and driving resolution across cross-functional teams.Identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI-enabled tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.Working with vendors, implementation partners, architects, and business leaders to align delivery activities and business objectives.The candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of enterprise technology initiatives, including:Delivering enhancements and new capabilities within SAP, Oracle, and related enterprise applications.Supporting digital transformation and business process optimization programs.Enabling automation initiatives that streamline business operations and reduce manual effort.Leveraging AI tools and intelligent workflow solutions to improve team productivity and delivery effectiveness.Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.4-5 years of relevant experience supporting project delivery, program coordination, PMO, Scrum, or enterprise application initiatives.Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.Experience tracking project schedules, risks, issues, action items, and deliverables.Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery environments.Experience preparing project status reports, meeting minutes, and delivery metrics.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.Ability to analyze project data and provide reporting to stakeholders.Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Hyperion, or other enterprise business applications.Exposure to Agile delivery practices, Scrum ceremonies, or PMO processes.Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Kore.ai, or similar platforms.Knowledge of process automation and workflow improvement concepts.Exposure to enterprise transformation or business process improvement initiatives.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and business processesUS Citizenship is requiredExposure to enterprise business applications such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Hyperion, or similar platforms.Experience supporting Agile, Scrum, PMO, or project delivery activities in a business or technology environment.Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Kore.ai, or similar solutions.An interest in process improvement, workflow automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.$70,500.00 - $111,000.00 / annually. For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $87,000.00- $131,000.00/ annually At Viasat, we consider many factors when it comes to compensation, including the scope of the position as well as your background and experience.
