Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Step Down (Nights)

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care within the assigned unit scope of practice in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
• Apply nursing process guidelines, standards of care, and standards of practice in all patient interactions
• Provide care to a diverse patient population within a 36-bed private treatment room unit
• Float to other units as required to support staffing needs
• Participate in ongoing staff development and continuing education programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Step Down experience
• Strong cardiac experience and proficiency
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Willingness to float to other units as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with IMC/PCU/Step Down patient populations and workflows
