Salary: $290,000 - 290,000 per year Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician
• Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Comfort providing 100% outpatient pediatric care
• Willingness to participate in occasional weekend coverage, roughly once per month for a half day, with a mix of in-person and virtual assignments
• Interest in practicing within an integrated care model with multidisciplinary clinical support
• Openness to using AI-enabled tools for documentation, dictation, patient messaging, and visit support

• Provide outpatient pediatric care in a fully ambulatory setting
• Manage a flexible clinical schedule, with the option of a four-day workweek
• Collaborate with specialists and use same-day or next-day referral pathways
• Work closely with a dedicated care team, including medical assistants, LVNs, RNs, lactation support, nutrition, social work, and behavioral health
• Utilize AI-powered systems for charting, dictation, desk workflow, messaging, and visit scribing
• Participate in a structured onboarding period with reduced initial volume, mentorship, and ongoing education
• Take part in leadership, committee, and professional development opportunities
• Cover occasional weekend shifts as scheduled, without overnight call or rounding
