Supply Technician

Summary CHENEGA BASE & LOGISTICS SERVICES, LLC Eglin AFB, FL Camp Bull Simons The Supply Technician II is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies within a facility, including tasks like receiving deliveries, checking against orders, maintaining inventory levels, preparing items for shipment, and ensuring accurate record-keeping to maintain proper accountability of all supplies. Responsibilities Works within a framework of established regulations, policies, and procedures, or other governing property management guidelines. Deals with a variety of operating officials regarding limited aspects of program needs of the organization serviced. Manages the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies within a facility Receives deliveries Checks against orders Maintains inventory levels Prepares items for shipment, and ensure accurate record-keeping to maintain proper accountability of all supplies Reviews and annotates changes to unit material condition status report Posts transactions to the organizational and Installation Property Books and supporting transaction files. Edits all received supply transactions and posts as applicable. Generates hand receipts, ad hoc reports and other accountability documentations as directed. Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent. Minimum two (2) years related work experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
