This role is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring the highest standards of safety and support for both customers and budtenders. The Customer & Retail Support position plays a key role in enhancing the customer experience, maintaining a secure environment, and offering essential assistance to budtenders during daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service and Budtender Support:

• Provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Actively support budtenders by assisting with product information, customer flow, and order processing as needed.
• Facilitate smooth handoffs between customer service and budtender roles to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Store and Customer Safety:

• Remain vigilant and alert to any suspicious behavior or potential threats to ensure customer and store safety.
• Consistently monitor and maintain store safety protocols, ensuring a secure environment for both staff and customers.
• Implement theft prevention measures, including conducting bag checks and monitoring for unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Proactively de-escalate incidents with professionalism and calmness, ensuring that situations are resolved without disruption.
• Work closely with local law enforcement or emergency services when needed to ensure appropriate responses to serious incidents.

Salary: $14 - $14 per hour
