We are seeking a skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing a variety of HVAC systems and equipment while ensuring projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and controls
• Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications
• Ensure installations meet code requirements, safety standards, and company quality expectations
• Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and clients to ensure successful project completion
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues as needed

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and applicable codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• EPA certification required; additional licenses or certifications a plus
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional communication and teamwork skills
