Job Description Position: Policy Administrator Team Lead Reports To: The Customer and Program Manager Clearance Type: Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Polygraph Work Location: Fort Belvoir, VA

Advantage SCI is seeking a Policy Administrator Team Lead to be considered for employment. The contractor will provide data management and data governance support using government provided tools. Provide support to the customer to sustain operations and maintain technology platforms to ensure data access and control for the customers Data Stewards and Data Managers to deliver information to the government.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Experience and Skills Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI polygraph 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination. Demonstrated understanding of intelligence oversight and OSINT 66 legal and policy directives and limitations. Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts. Demonstrated experience with the application of metadata. Demonstrated ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates creating Data Sharing Agreements, conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination. Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or - demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
