Senior Assistant Store Manager

Compensation: Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 to $17.00 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience. Responsibilities Establish and maintain Guest Services. Support the Store Manager in overall store operations. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff. Control expenses and shrinkage. Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Adhere to all Company policies and procedures. Work Hours and Requirements Up to 38 hours per week. Minimum age: 18 years. Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
