Job Overview: The Client Service Associate plays a crucial role in supporting financial advisors and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This position is responsible for administrative tasks, client relationship management, and operational support within the branch office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a professional and client focused approach. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Coordinate advisor calendars, schedule client meetings, prepare meeting materials, and manage follow-up communications. Process and maintain client account requests including new accounts, transfers, beneficiary changes, address updates, RMDs, and account maintenance activities. Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system while ensuring compliance with firm, FINRA, and SEC regulations and confidentiality requirements. Prepare, proofread, and distribute client correspondence, reports, presentations, and other operational documentation. Partner with custodians and financial institutions to facilitate transactions, resolve account issues, and ensure accuracy across client accounts. Support office operations and client engagement initiatives, including mail processing, office administration, client events, educational seminars, newsletters, and social media communications. Requirements: In-office role M-F High school diploma or equivalent Prior customer service experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM applications Preferences: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Series 7 and 66 licenses Financial services background preferred Organized with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Effective oral and written communication; able to explain complex information clearly and simply Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners Ability to analyze and research information Plenty of drive, initiative, and motivation #LI-Onsite Pay Range: $23.52-$39.17/hourActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
