Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Floor Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, while promoting a positive and supportive environment. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $22 up to $32 hourly , as well as a range of benefits and incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment
