About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Finance to play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships and executing complex transactions with strategic capital partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's optimal capital formation, lowering the cost of capital, and overseeing the efficient management of financing facilities to support the company's growth strategy. This includes leading the design and pursuit of cost-efficient sources of capital, serving as the primary interface with financing counterparties, and structuring and executing a variety of financial transactions. The role also involves developing sophisticated financial models, improving internal processes, and collaborating with various teams within the organization. Applicants for the Vice President of Strategic Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience, with at least 7 years' in capital raising and structuring roles, and 3 years' in people leadership or executive management. The ideal candidate will possess superb modeling and quantitative skills, a deep knowledge of structured finance, and a proven track record in origination and execution of structured transactions. A sophisticated communicator with the ability to distill complex financial concepts and a strong commitment to the company's core values are essential. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a collaborative approach to work.
