American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN with strong vascular skills for a 13-week assignment requiring 1 year of OR experience and current MO or compact RN license. Details Work in a 5-room Main OR surgical unit Unit staffed with 5-6 RNs, 6 surgical techs, 1 anesthesia tech, and 1 OR analyst on a given day Procedures performed include Ortho, Spine, Vascular, General Surgery, Colorectal, Robotic, GYN, and ENT Uses standard OR equipment and Meditech documentation system Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM No floating required Call requirement of 2-6 days per month Requirements Active RN license (MO or Compact) 1 year of recent OR experience required Knowledge of Meditech charting system required US SSN and DOB required for consideration Two professional references required for MO placements No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information Facility provides scrubs as part of the dress code Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, no local candidates accepted Assignment Overview Actual start date is typically 3-4 weeks from time the offer is received.
