Client Relationship Manager-Retirment Planning
THIS ROLE IS IN PERSON IN Fresno, CA.
Position Overview: The Relationship Manager(retirement plans) will be part of the corporate retirement plan team working with business owners and employees. Responsibilities primarily focus on new business development support and employee education.
- Leads Day-to-day plan management and issue resolution for clients through coordination with service providers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assists with Trustee Meetings and participates in finals presentations as
- Leads employee education and enrollments in person and virtual. Provides plan investment related information and financial education to participants.
- Client management focused on communication, agreements, product development and problem resolution to guide retention.
- Coordinates plan conversion and termination
- Interfaces with service providers regarding processes and procedures and technology for plan sponsors and participants.
- Reviews client invoices and quarterly
- Assists team with training and collateral
Reports to: Director of Corporate Retirement Planning
What you bring:
- A. or B.S. degree from accredited four-year university; business major preferred.
- Series 65, CFP or CPA required.
- AIF and QKA designations preferred.
- 1-3 Years ERISA qualified retirement plan experience required.
- Commitment to acting in the clients’ best interests in a fee-only financial planning
- Respect for the confidentiality of client and corporate
- Strong financial and analytical
- Strong verbal and written communication
- An understanding of the fundamentals of investing, including the characteristics and use of various investment securities and the mechanics of securities
