Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Perform comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations for new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.
• Negotiate sales terms and complete sales agreements in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, promotions, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Basic computer proficiency for managing sales documentation and customer records.
