On-Site Wichita Kansas Ascension Via Christi Hospital St. Francis

Schedule: PRN Will train Monday - Friday this will be mostly a position for Saturday and Sunday and occasionally mid-week to fill in for PTO.

As a Financial Counseling Representative you will be a trusted guide for patients navigating insurance coverage financial responsibility and payment solutions.

WhatYoullDo:

• Provide exceptional financial counseling support by helping patients understand insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs

• Meet with patients to discuss payment options and financialassistanceprograms

• Verify insurance eligibility and explain benefits clearly

• Assist with Medicaid and financialassistanceapplications

• Build trust with patients during stressful financial situations

• Collaborate with care teams and revenue cycle departments

• Maintainaccuratedocumentation across multiple systems

For this US-based position the base pay range is $15.43 - $20.82 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role level location job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
