Branch Operations Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a Construction Operations Manager to lead the overall performance, profitability, and operational execution of our construction division. The role requires a high level of collaboration with cross‑functional teams and a commitment to excellence in project delivery. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide in‑role training at an operating site for at least 6 weeks, located 50+ miles from the home site. Coordinate travel accommodations and logistics for training and project activities. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Lead daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Qualifications High School Graduate or GED required. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P), School Bus (S), and Air Brake endorsements must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Proficiency in technology relevant to construction operations (e.g., project management software). Compensation and Benefits Annual Salary: $75,000 Full‑time position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
