As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. You will work closely with nurses and other staff members to deliver exceptional care and support.

• Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed
• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans
• Help with lifting, turning, moving, and transporting residents
• Coordinate dining room services, including meal setup and cleanup
• Deliver nutritional supplements and document intake
• Assist with weighing residents and report changes to nursing staff
• Monitor and report on residents' skin conditions
• Support nursing staff with toileting program activities
• Complete daily flow sheets and document resident progress
• Report changes in residents' conditions to nurses and supervisors

Requirements:

• Need 1 year experience in long-term care
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Travel experience
• BLS certification (Must be AHA)
• Successful work history with previous positions lasting longer than 13 weeks
• No disciplinary action against certification
