ER Registered Nurse (RN)The role offers an opportunity to work as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse in a free-standing emergency and urgent care facility. The position involves working 3x12 hour shifts during the day from 7 AM to 7 PM, with a schedule that may vary from Sunday to Saturday based on facility needs, including weekend requirements.ResponsibilitiesProvide emergency care to patients in urgent need.Assess patient conditions and make critical care decisions.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.Document patient care using Epic electronic health record system.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room experience required.Licensure: Valid SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license required.Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)Preferred Certifications: Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) are preferred.Special Requirements: Epic experience is required.Miscellaneous InformationLocal candidates are not accepted for this position.Travelers should be aware of potential assignment to emergency response teams during hurricane season from June to November.Free parking is available for employees.Approval for block scheduling requests can be made, but it is not guaranteed.The facility may call off one shift per two weeks.Facility HighlightsType of Facility: Free-standing emergency and urgent care facilityTotal Staffed Beds: 12Scrub Color: Royal blueCharting System: EpicClient Details City Florence State SC
