Option of 36 or 48 hours per week. At least 6 weekend shifts required in a 6-week schedule. Patient ratio: 5:1. 40-bed unit with approximately 90 daily census.Highlights:\n \n 13-week travel assignment in a dynamic Emergency Department setting\n Flexible scheduling with 36 or 48-hour weekly options available\n Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, Rapid Response Teams, and more\n Experience with diverse patient populations across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics\n Trauma center experience with exposure to Level I and Level II trauma cases\n First-time travelers welcome with at least 2 years of nursing experience\n Requirements:\n \n Active New Mexico or Compact state RN license (pending license accepted, must be obtained prior to start)\n Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience preferred\n Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS required\n TNCC and CPI certifications preferred\n Experience with Epic charting system preferred\n Proficiency in emergency nursing skills including IV management, blood product administration, ventilated patient care, arterial line management, and triage\n Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility\n Why Join Us?\n This travel nursing opportunity offers competitive compensation with overtime beginning at 49 hours per week.
