We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team at Pawtucket Falls Health Care, a leading provider of senior healthcare services in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. About the Role
As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of quality care are delivered to our residents. You will work closely with our nursing staff to develop and implement best practices, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the overall resident experience. Responsibilities
• Oversight of nursing department operations, including staffing, scheduling, and budget management
• Development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and protocols
• Coordination of quality improvement initiatives and accreditation readiness
• Leadership and mentorship of nursing staff to promote excellent care and job satisfaction
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to address resident needs and concerns
• Participation in strategic planning and goal-setting for the organization
