Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Canvas Stretching Machine Operator to join our fast-paced production team. In this role, you will operate stretching machinery, use staple guns and perform quality control checks to assemble canvas artwork. The ideal candidate has excellent visual accuracy, handles tools comfortably, and possesses a strong track record of excellent attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform precise measurements using a tape measure to ensure product accuracy.
• Maintain rapid production pace to meet daily output targets.
• Inspect finished products carefully to identify and report quality defects.
• Comply with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of machine operation experience in manufacturing.
• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency using a standard tape measure.
• Attributes: Exceptional detail orientation and strong work ethic.
• Physical: Ability to stand for the majority of a shift and lift 30+ lbs unassisted.
• Commute: Must possess independent, reliable transportation (public transit/rideshare are not viable).
• Availability: Flexible to work mandatory overtime, including weekends as production requires.
