Job Details Job Location: HUTCHINSON, MN 55350 Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly River Oaks of Minnesota is seeking PM and NOC part-time Caregivers (Resident Assistants / Certified Nursing Assistants / Trained Medication Aides) to provide exceptional personal care for our residents. A Day in the Life of a Caregiver (RA/CNA/TMA) As a Caregiver at River Oaks of Minnesota, you are on the front line, providing direct care and medication management for our residents. Your responsibilities include: Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and dietary needs. Administering medications and ensuring proper documentation in compliance with healthcare standards. Providing individualized physical and mental support to preserve residents' dignity and promote well-being. Performing light housekeeping tasks when time allows, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment. Communicating residents' health status with medical personnel and maintaining accurate documentation. Qualifications for a Caregiver (RA/CNA/TMA) 18 years or older Ability to pass a background check Compassion for individuals with physical and mental health challenges Preferred but not required Experience with patient care, medication administration, or basic medical terminology Do you have a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds?
