DescriptionSAIC, a leading provider of systems development & deployment, targeting & intelligence analysis, systems engineering & integration, and training capabilities and solutions for the Intelligence Community, is seeking creative and dedicated professionals to fulfill their career goals and objectives while delivering mission excellence on programs of national importance.SAIC seeks a Program Manager to provide strong leadership and direction for a team of seasoned professionals supporting the customer’s training and skill development initiatives. The Program Manager will interface daily with the customer’s Lead to develop the team’s priorities and provide the team with strategic direction.Responsibilities include:Develop and implement a team strategy based on customer requirements and direction.Oversee the facilitating and delegation of individuals to support customer priorities and initiatives.Monitor the program’s cost, schedule, and budget.Document the program’s progress via monthly Project Management Reviews (PMR) and the MCSR.Be the interface between SAIC and the customer.QualificationsRequired:Active TSI with polygraph clearanceBachelors DegreeMinimum of 5 years of Program Management experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience working on contract supporting the Intelligence CommunityMinimum of 1 year of experience working on a Intelligence Community Training programDesired:PMP CertificationJob Field: Program ManagementTravel: No
