Sales Operations Coordinator

Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)

-1+ years of experience in sales operations, contract administration, inventory coordination, or logistics

-Experience supporting customer orders in a manufacturing environment

-Strong Excel skills and experience working in an ERP system

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Nice to Have Skills & Experience: ERP experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics

-Experience reviewing contracts and translating terms into operational actions

Job Description: A partner of Insight Global is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join their team. The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the order-to-delivery process by managing contract administration, inventory allocation, and shipment coordination for solar cell products. This role serves as the liaison between sales, production, logistics, and customers to ensure accurate order fulfillment, on-time delivery, and strong customer service.
