Our organization is on the lookout for a board-eligible or certified Advanced Heart Failure/Transplant Cardiologist to become part of our expanding team within the Division of Cardiology. The selected candidate may also have the opportunity to take on the role of director for MCS/Heart Transplant.

Our institution is situated between Los Angeles and Palm Springs in the Inland Empire region. Compensation & Benefits

Anticipated Total Annual Compensation: $470,000 - $575,000

The stated compensation range includes a base salary that varies based on experience and faculty rank, along with potential variable compensation for additional productivity, leading to a total earning potential of $397,000 - $459,000 . This figure is subject to the specific compensation plans of the department, with further details provided during the recruitment discussions.
