Cafeteria Operator Substitute

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with cold and hot food preparation including cooking, steaming, and baking

Assist with food service to students, staff, faculty, parents, and guests

Cleaning, mopping sanitation, and trash removal of the kitchen and dining room

All other duties as assigned by your cafeteria manager or assistant manager

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Pass a criminal background check

Must be physically fit and able to stand for 4 continuous hours

Preferred Skills

Reliability and a strong work ethic

Experience in school food service

Job may require the lifting of up to 40 pounds and working in temperatures as low as zero degrees.
