Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant
Nextaff is hiring an experienced phlebotomist with medical assisting skills to join our client's team in Bradenton, FL. This is a busy primary care office, located in the heart of Bradenton, and you will be responsible for performing blood draws and also general medical assisting duties such as greeting & rooming patients and updating medical histories in the EMR. This is a full time, contract-to-hire position with a Monday-Friday 7:15 AM-3:45 PM schedule and offers the opportunity to earn a permanent position with an outstanding benefits package that includes health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, matching 401(k), etc.

- At least 1 year of recent experience as a Phlebotomist or medical Assistant with strong phlebotomy skills
- Experience documenting in EMR applications
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and medical office procedures

- HS diploma (or equivalent), background and drug screening required
