Position Overview Medical City Dallas – Certified Surgical Tech – Full Time – days Saturday / Sunday / one weekday, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM. Call required. Sign‑on bonus up to $20,000 possible. Job Summary Collaborates with physicians and registered nurses to support operations in the OR. Responsible for supplies, instrumentation, and equipment needed for surgical cases. Acts as a surgical assistant, passing instruments and assisting the physician during surgeries. Qualifications Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of hire. Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program or current CST, or completion of a comparable training program in the US military, US Public Health Service, or prior practice in a healthcare facility before September 1, 2009.
