What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care to oncology and progressive care patients, including those with solid tumors, orthopedic, and thoracic malignancies
• Utilize advanced telemetry equipment like GE B450 monitors and Alaris pumps to monitor patient status
• Administer medications, including blood products, PCA, and cardiac drips, following protocols
• Perform IV starts, port accesses, and manage central lines including PICC lines
• Respond to emergency situations, such as rapid response calls and code assessments
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain infection prevention and safety protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care

What You Need

• Required:
  • Active RN license in Ohio
  • Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience, including 1+ year in PCU
  • Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIH
  • Strong skills in dysrhythmia interpretation, IV management, and emergency response
• Preferred:
  • Experience with chemotherapy administration and management of complex airway devices
  • Prior travel nursing experience
  • Knowledge of high-acuity patient care protocols
