Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Utilizing radiographic and CT imaging techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Partnering with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure precise diagnoses
  • Positioning patients adeptly and adjusting equipment settings for optimal imaging quality
  • Administering radiation safety protocols for both patients and staff
  • Keeping detailed records including imaging logs and maintenance schedules
  • Delivering exceptional patient care during all imaging procedures
  • Contributing to a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment

Education and Credentials

  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Completion of an accredited radiology program

Required Certifications

  • ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
  • Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and adherence to safety measures
  • Exceptional communication abilities with both patients and interdisciplinary teams
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work setting with adaptability
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
  • Comfort with technology including PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software
