Job Description

Maintenance & Reliability Manager needed for Nationally Recognized Manufacturing Company

Location: Holland, MI

Annual Salary: $135K-$145K (+ bonus potential up to 25%)

Shift: 1st (7am-4pm or 8am-5pm)

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Qualifications:

Must have recent Reliability & Maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience managing teams of 20–40 employees
Experience managing and executing capital projects
Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs
Experience using KPI's to measure success of a maintenance department
CMMS experience; SAP preferred
Must have strong maintenance background in mechanical, electrical, and PLCs
Maintenance experience in the Food and/or Pharma industry is a big plus
Relevant Degree is a plus
