About the Opportunity:

AppleOne is partnering with a highly respected leader in commercial construction seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial projects throughout the Orlando market and other locations within Florida based on project needs.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization known for delivering complex industrial, tilt-wall, warehouse, distribution, telecom, and data center projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong field leader with a proven track record managing projects from site development through final completion.

Open to travel throughout Florida based on project needs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee all field operations for ground-up commercial construction projects
• Manage subcontractors, daily schedules, inspections, safety, and quality control
• Coordinate sitework, concrete, tilt-wall erection, structural activities, MEP trades, and interior buildout work
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and maintain daily reporting
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Owners, Architects, and Inspectors
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain project schedules
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards at all times
• Support successful project turnover and closeout processes

Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of Superintendent or Lead Superintendent experience with a Commercial General Contractor
• Strong experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
• Experience with one or more of the following project types preferred:

Tilt-Wall Construction

Industrial / Distribution / Warehouse Facilities

Big Box Commercial Projects

Telecom Facilities

Data Centers

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field operations effectively
• Stable employment history required
• Must be open to travel throughout Florida as needed
• OSHA certification preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $110,000 – $125,000 DOE
• Compensation includes 45 hours per week
• Overtime pay provided for hours worked beyond 45 hours weekly
