Key Responsibilities:

• Perform field safety inspections across active construction projects

• Write and update safety procedures and protocols

• Support project teams with on-site safety solutions

• Participate in safety committee meetings and insurance reviews

• Assist leadership teams during owner and project safety discussions

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years of experience within construction safety

• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and standards

• Ability to write and improve safety documentation and procedures

• Comfortable working across active heavy civil project sites

• Experience with highways, bridges, utilities, marine, or concrete projects preferred
