Job Summary
A CT Technologist position is available in Odessa, Texas. This role involves performing diagnostic computed tomography (CT) procedures under departmental protocols, with responsibilities including basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and operating room imaging services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning and possess the necessary licensure and certification to provide timely diagnostic services to both inpatients and outpatients.

Job Details

• Schedule: Evening shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure as a general radiographer, certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), graduate of an accredited American Medical Association (AMA) approved school, with 2 years of relevant experience including prior travel experience; all travel submissions must meet the experience criteria; no local applicants accepted
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CT procedures involving head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, biopsy, and drainage procedures; proficiency with CT system processing, sterile surgical procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy knowledge
• Additional Information: The position is located at a facility designated as a PWP (Pay When Paid) site, meaning payment is contingent upon facility payment to the agency.
